A quick search turned up similar problems involving wheel sensors which also showed the ABS warning lamp, but I'm not seeing any ABS faults.Cleaned oil residue out of Throttle body, TC lit Intermittently (mis-information as cause of TC light on) 10. By Cleaning the Mass air flow sensor/tube, and cleaning the Throttle Body, did help Throttle position sensor do a ECM self learning. fuel/air ratio adjustment. 11. After doing a good cleaning.

Reduced power's purpose is to slow the vehicle down and limp off the road before a failure occurs or a hung throttle.
